IPA was represented at the southern regional consultation in May by President Chok Wan Chan, Standing Committee Member Peter Cooper, and former Executive Committee member M Cherif Rahimy. IPA was represented at the global consultation in March by Executive Director Jane Schaller; also attending the March consultation was Bridget Lynch representing the International Confederation of Midwives. IPA and ICM were the only Health Care Professional Organizations represented at the consultation.
